http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v383/Hairbautt/News%20Images/Piracy.gifTHE anti-piracy arm of the Australian music industry has threatened to start suing individuals for illegal downloading if internet providers do not exert more control over their users...

Sabiene Heindl, general manager of Music Industry Piracy Investigations, said the local music industry had not yet targeted individual downloaders. Instead, it has been petitioning internet service providers (ISPs) to send warning notices and disconnect users who have been identified as illegal downloaders.

The idea, also being pushed by the Australian Federation Against Copyright Theft, has so far been widely panned by internet service providers who say they should not be responsible for policing their users.

This can't be good...:fear:

Really annoys and upsets me how Australia has been swayed by power hungry capitalists from there and other countries and political agengas..Especially in the last 10-15 years..
It is a shame for Aussies that live . :-/
