All of a sudden, when I tried to log in my old swedvdr acc yesterday night, got a message:
Only Swedish users allowed. Contact Staff in irc. When I did, got another message: if non swede, just piss off.
It was 15 G buffered. I'm ruined. Think I'll join shoe-polish business. :cry:

Response of the staff: because you are not suposed to invite. We will only have swedish users. We made a misstake by forgotten to autodisable invites from Spanish people. U foreign people doesnt care about our rules. So we have decided to not allow new foreign users.

3 weeks.
It's not my fault. I didn't get anything wrong. Even a friend of mine offered me the invite.
They "forgot" , so what's my guilt ? They've to refund me.

We made a misstake by forgotten to autodisable invites
decided to not allow new foreign users.
They've mistakes....bah ; they forgot......bah;
not new users; I'm an OLd User.........bah bah bah.

Oh that's crappy. Well mine is still good. Mine is 20 weeks old. I guess no new foreign users. So are they doing IP bans for new users?

he said true.because they kicked of my acc.my acc is very old.I had have big buffer on swedvdr.Lactoz said me,invites open for exalted users in friday.I can not see this.I asked this on irc.they banned me.swedvdr is very bad for me now

They have such nice PAL DVDRs with English subtitles. It would be a huge waste if they kick every non-Swedish member from the tracker...

If swedvdr doesnt get ddos after this I would be very suprised. Its one thing closing the door to foreign users, but disabling current users is just down right dirty.

all foreigners arent banned. only new ones because lactox says " they donīt understand swedish and therefore they donīt know our rules either" foreigners who has been at swedvdr before can be safe :)

Do you think they care about their value (level)?
They are a Swedish sites and want Swedish users who want it to use it. Not Arabs and Hebrews who just want it to collect them. Some of them even cheat.
So I think it's a good move. It will only get better now.

It would be a bad reference. What if - lets assume - Bithumen, Darkside declares that it only accepts Hungarian members? And for. e.g. CZone, IPlay only Romanians? PolishTracker only Polish? This is a bad joke. These segregations lead nowhere. Torrenting is about sharing not about restrictions. Should not.

its entirely swedvdr's prerogative who they want on their site....... no one can complain about it , though it obviously is a narrow minded approach to allow people from only one country . i suggest that people who have got disabled should not beg to get their account back . ditch SWEdvdr , there many other good sites.....

Hejsan! If U address me, I am in, I like SWeDVDR, and I never complained. Merely think that it is a wrong decision. Sweden was always a friendly, welcome country.
BTW: Skane and Malmö is my 2nd home. I spend a considerable time over there.:)
