In Barrow, Alaska, the northernmost town in the U.S, the winter sun sets and does not rise for 30 days and nights. From the darkness comes an evil force that strikes terror on the town, and all hope is pinned on a husband-and-wife cop team.

I thought the movie was great up until the last few minutes.
The way it ended was so stupid, when there was only a few more hours until sunlight. :wacko:
After turning he needed stay alive and fight the ones left or who was turned, like a vampire hero. Not die like he did, so cheesy.

typical heroic bullshit ! please give me a statue ouside the city for being a hero, should have given him a medal for stupidity !
i wish they would think a little more about intelligent better endings instead ! in that, we would be satisified by what we consider a PROPER ENDING, not half mast !! :happy:

what do u get when u cross aphex twin & vampires? well, ya get this. i thought the movie in all was pretty damn good. i liked it. i enjoyed the gore it had to offer. LOTS of blood. kinda weird hearing a vampire talk like a bird all the time though. i don't think the ending was bad, but it's not one i'd choose. movie is 100 mins long and it's a REAL good movie til about the 95 min mark. last 5 mins went down hill. will watch again. 8/10.

the movie was good 60-70 % then,something happenend and it was ruined.and the ending...awfull.
but i have to say: the vampires were pretty well done.this is exactly how i imagine a vampire...
