I don't have experience with them (I use Vectoral), but I've heard some good things.

You're probably going to have a very hard time finding a reliable dedicated server in that price range (that doesn't also have a minimum contract period or large setup fee).

You might want to look at a VPS. The hosting-ie VPS Iberia 3 is 35 € Per/Month and doesn't have a minimum contract. It doesn't look too bad.
