Really I do not know much about this and also it would be helpful for someone to post all the acronyms used in p2p with the explanation. That will help for some of us. As I really do not know the above terms..

1. Pretimes. - when a file gets pred i.e when it gets first released its considered its pre time.
2.Nuke - if the release doesnt meet the scene rules/standards then it gets nuked i.e out of sync, wrong aspect ratio etc
3. DOX - documents.

nuked means there is something not right in a release

and pretime is the time it takes from when the release is put on the internet or the pre channel
until it actually gets to the tracker

rumplestiltski covered it, but I just want to add that these are NOT P2P terms, they are scene terms that P2P uses.
