Anyone has/tried a hosting-ie VPS/VDS?

I'm interested in purchasing a VPS Raptor 6 (http://hosting-ie.com/content/view/27/64/, the one in the lower right).

What kind of speeds can i expect?

Anyone get their servive cancelled for torrents?

Anything else i should know about them?

Word on the street is that they're OK. I've heard reports of them pulling the plug if you go over 4TB a month.
