played a bit, it's pretty cool, seems to run better than the others? Maybe cause it's all underground (is scary as hell still :D)....COD4 demo was sweet...TeamFortress2 is fun, UT3 is ok, timeshift looks crappy...enjoy Big Orange H.

How was COD4? Is it like the other CODs? :( I liked'em for a bit, but BiA totally spoiled me with the squad tactics and realism thing.

And COD sounds suck. Completely unreal. Not loud. Felt like I was pissing on the bad guys virtually. Pathetic.

I liked COD2 and COD4 is certainly better than the new MOH Airbourne (from the demo's at least).COD4 seems more city-ish and less linear than the previous incarnations, runs ok considering the orsum gfx...I'll give it a quick run through....

P.S. If your surname was Phile would you call your son Peter?

Grabbed The_Sims_2_Bon_Voyage-FLT (it really is for my daughter!) & MotoGP_2007-FLT yesterday, currently seeding back those and the 22GB Godfather pack while this weeks top 40 albums comes in off usenet. :)

but actually this is my third version of pirates of the caribbean .. 1st dvdrip got nuked for out of sync , second with a crappy 128 bit audio.. :huh:

I rip my dvdr's to xvid for archiving, ripping from dvd5 produces poor results....I think you forgot the /sarcasm tag Bo...

P.S. I am a ripping perfectionist Nazi....that's not l33t at all btw, it's actually quite sad....:( But i'm addicted....

I just get the mkv rips they're fine and 8gb is plenty size for a flick IMO...Those bluray images are 45gb to DL....I haven't the internet powers for that....yet

I've only got 1gb of ram and a 3ghz processor, my pc can't run hd-dvds without it being jumpy and I assume it's the same for blu-ray tho' i've never tried any.

Good man. You knows it makes sense, like.

I've got the first 5 and chapter 6 comes out on Saturday, I think.

The only drawback is that it could've done with more voice actors, like but the guy that narrates it does a pretty good job so it's hardly a criticism.

Oh and none of the text appendices are in it, which is a shame cos they help with the details of the overall narrative. But hey ho, who gives a fuck. :01:
