depends wat u want how much u wana pay ect ect.
if ur not a uploader and ur just using it to seed and ftp back to ur pc.
Then get a cheap lease web 1 for around 59euros.for that u get 2000gig bandwidth witch is plenty.
leaseweb if u live in the eu.
if ur in the states then u need to get a us box...because ul get quicker speeds how ever much the server is closer to ur country.
if in the usa u want either fdc server layerdtech ect ect.
just google :-)
Then u just install a app called serv-u on ur box to create ftp accses so u can ftp the files back to ur pc.
Any other questions mail me.:-)

well the way i look at it is that there are soooo many people doing it, the chances of just you getting busted is slim to none.
and in the last 20min i upped about another 6gb. think about it :)

LeaseWeb is fairly expensive. Check out a VPS from Hosting-IE/Keyweb.
DEpends in how much money you wanna spend...i advise Keyweb!!
