Difference is quite huge!FL.org is very old,about 3 years.It is 0day tracker and there u can find all 0day releases.Tracke doesn't have a lot of torrents,less than a 1000.But you must keep in mind,that all stuff is 0day only.
FL.ro is a lot newer,it's romanian.About Pre times,I should say FL.org has fast Pre times,but since it has no script,that shows how fast torrent has been upped after pre,i can't really say how fast pre times is.
