I think evoPT only allows portuguese IP ranges.

at least the some only allow portuguese IP, like BTnext, and I really think that EVOpt only allow them also! i'm not a user of EvoPT but... i think it's works like that!

The only tracker that its for portuguese only its at the moment "Btnext".
EvoPT, seeders team can anyone get in, the problem is...probably is inviter get is acc disable...
