"My Computer" Icons are all acting weird

For some reason, when I click "My Computer" all the icons are acting weird. Can someone help me fix it to the default mode. Thanks.

It should look like the first picture instead of the second.

view/arange icons by/show in groups

you'll want to arrange groups "by type" as well
