Honey & Clover, Nodame Cantabile, Suzuka, Love Hina... and I've heard a LOT of people say they love Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien, but I haven't watched it personally. Honey & Clover + Nodame Cantabile are two of my favorite animes of all time (both are made by the same people).
