View Full Version : CPU DIODE at below freezing temperatures

i downloaded everest and it shows that the CPU DIODE Temp is -56 F... is this a misread? i've tried to restart my computer but it still shows as that really low temperature. whats goin on???

Of course it's inaccurate. The temp sensor on board is hooped :mellow:

Everest is reading the wrong diode or the diode it's looking for doesn't exist on your motherboard so it's throwing a hissy fit.

Unless you are running a cooling setup w/ liquid nitrogen....it's wrong bud :)

Did you buy the motherboard from abu?

He's well known for his endothermic hard drives, if he's into motherboards too I don't know where it will end.

Has he found the solution to global warming?
