I just watched Crossroads for some unknown reason *to see britney in underwear most probally* :lol: ...But yeah it got my mind wondering what you reckon...what is the worst cover song you have heard??

Mine is out of Crossroads and yes it is

Britney Spears cover of I Love Rock N Roll originally performed by Joan Jett...

Oh and i found a quote relating to this topic that you might find funny...

Some soul-sounding group did The Doors, I think it was "Light My Fire"...fuckin horrible.


The Janis Joplin one I find to be the most offensive. It just makes me ill.

I get a little upset whenever a band has to do a cover of someone else&#39;s writing to just get noticed:

Alien Ant Farm - Smooth Criminal
Orgy - Blue Monday
and so forth

don&#39;t get me wrong, some of those versions are good but bands shouldn&#39;t have to use an old chart topper just to get to get to that same place on the charts.
