legimately getting accounts on torrent sites

since most of the sites don't allow you to trade and delete you when getting invited from other users if you've invited them to another torrent site.

how is it actually suppose to be done?

only if you're friends with that person and they invite you?

I don't understand what the big deal is about trading invites with people as long as you don't cheat.
