Nero Express Error

I used nero express to make chapters from my svcd mpg, when I got to the burning part it reported not enough disk space, internal error #2 when I still have 3GB of space, more then enough! Can someone help!!! thks

i dont know but maybe the files expand.
some one was telling me today about cache files how people do not relise how much space they can take up.
ps. r u recording with a virtual drive?
