Polyphonic Ringtonez (http://www.polyphonicringtonez.com/)now appear to have some free polyphonic ringtones.
Lasyk (http://lasyk.net/)is a superb SonyEricsson resource but their ringtones should work on your phone, too.

Apparently you can upload a song from your own collection and turn it into a ring tone at this site.
Have not had time to try it yet. I am going to try it with the 1953 hit 'Answer Me'.:)
