this is probably been asked a million times before but...does any one no the name of a good program that can check for spyware and that such?

Yes. Use spybot Search and Destroy.

Search for "Spybot Search & Destroy" on google.

It should be the first link.

Two options - SpyBot Search & Destroy, and Lavasoft Ad-Aware 6.

I prefer the Ad-Aware program myself, but AFAIK each finds spyware the other doesn't :)
