see u can do a combination to use an wine (windows emulator) and that via wine you install an utorrent that works good for me but if u don`t wanna to use wine then use azureus or rTorrent which i think it is better than azureus...

You need how many threads today about seedboxes? In addition to your other, adamdomed ones?

Andre, my advice to you is to get server with Ubuntu 7.10 Server Edition - very easy to work with it. If you have any questions about it - pm me ;)

Agreed for a seedbox Fedora Core is the simplest Linux O/S to configure. The xorg server and other components are already in place, where as there are many threads at the moment, dealing with problems configuring Debian and CentOS. And as already mentioned most of the tutorials on this site and others are written for use with Fedora distributions. I also have configured multiple seedboxes with Fedora Core and never had a problem!

you're right, utorrent isnt designed for linux, but it doesnt alter the fact that it works very well under WINE.
i use ubuntu feisty 7.04 and utorrent under WINE and love it.
ive tried rtorrent and that works well too.
