Why is there no top Anime private torrent??

Why is there no private anime torrent similiar in quality + speed + content compared to SCT/FTN/BitmeTV etc :blink:
I don't get why no one is starting one up?
The only thing that comes close is Blackcat games which plans to allow anime..
theres not that much anime on other private torrent sites..so we need a dedicated one
boxtorrent is too slow..lacks seedbox..no incentive to upload over there
anyone know anyone who's starting one?

well you can try this http://asiandvdclub.org/browse.php -has only 1000+ anime dvds mostly on dvd9 format and some great collections, but this it's only a little part of ADC because there is a lot of others asian movies dvds.
