Is there some tracker with cars software stuff, like EPC or AutoData software which is very rare on public trackers and very expensive on illegal market (pirates).. ?

You mean AllData amd Mitcehlls onDemand? Your best bet is usenet. I haven't found too many private trackers with copies.

Just FYI, both were recently posted to a.b.cd.image

I'm not sure if it's exactly what you'r looking for,but ther is AllData on rTT

I was quite precise, EPC NET Mercedes-Benz 2007/08 for example... ETK for Volkswagen/Audi/Skoda/Seat for example... Such applications. AllData is not in that range, I think. AutoData maybe. Latest AutoData is (not 100% sure) 3.18. Anybody seen those applications on some trackers?
