Why worry?
There's plenty of torrent sites still running on leaseweb, seedboxes are not going to be the first target.

Leaseweb did not actively monitor the servers looking for torrent sites to report, they simply complied when law enforcement came knocking.
Almost any host anywhere in the world will comply with their own local laws, no server host is going to have a shootout with the cops to defend you.

The companies to worry about are those who will occasionally monitor traffic, and take a proactive approach by reporting you themselves.

Leaseweb is still as safe as ever. As long as you do not attract any unwanted attention by using Public P2P, you'll be fine.
