i really hope this rumor is true, but think about this....

Issue #1: Let's say they have a backup of the site, database intact and all. They were under investigation for a while. They have copies of all those user details. they will just proceed with IP violations.

Issue #2: If they are moving to another server it will take up to 48 hours for the DNS to update. in that time the authorities can receive a warrant to shut down the new server (it may be legal in Sweden, but we're talking about transferring data through out the entire world.) This is being handled by a division of Interpol. They have access to follow the website.

Issue #3: The domain name is now property of the authorities. They'll have to use a new name. If that the case they will need to redo the database, trackers, and that will take more than 24 hours.
