lol, it's not that easy, this is said alot, but...

1. for higher level trackers, get more posts, be a trusted member, more rep maybe?
2. Also at least say a Little more in your post, most people won't give something worthwhile away in a "please pm" post

Hmm.. is that what it takes? I've been trying to get one a while now with no luck. Maybe I am just no a trusted member of the community. I seem to be getting the idea that the whole BT Rep is split down the middle 50/50. Its not a good thing to trade IMO, finally figured that out but at the same time its used in to make your decision of helping out someone.

ANyway :) Good luck! Its toughhh.
