Cpu Fan!

Hey guys this sounds cheeky but I need your help finding me a decent CPU FAN with or without HEAT SINK! I bought one a few months back and it said it was near enough silent my ass is it! Hear it in the other room with the door closed. Any chance you guys can send a few links or ideas this way for a better fan. Thanx in advance.

there ya go, even if u dont live in the uk its a good place to have look at fans.
