it turns on but the cd doesn't spin...

Try a real game cd that you bought and not burned and see if it works. If it don&#39;t, guess it&#39;s time for another PSX and modchip >_<

yup, i took the chip all the way out even, its ruined... that sucks... its like a week and a half old...
