not that am asking for link or anything, i already got a well buffered account over there but i cant find out what it stand for it, torrenttit something or what, there are couple of similar titles for different tracker as well.

well since its not an English tracker that title makes sense

Their old domain was torrent.the-internationals.com if I remember that correctly and that's where the short form TTi originated from. Their original name has been somewhat lost, I haven't read it for a long time now.
