Leeware (http://leeware.com/TZ100.html) isnt gone, He resells the servers from tzulo.

You may as well go straight to them -> here (http://tzulo.com)

Leaseweb, best bandwidth ever.

Vectoral has 3 TB of bandwidth for the same price as Leaseweb's 2 TB?

If you're not really on a budget then SoftLayer is your best bet. I think Vectoral is a little better than LeaseWeb, but only because I've heard about some LW servers being seized and I seem to get faster speeds from Vect servers (personal opinion/observation). If you're broke, go with Tzulo (leeware).

I was with vectoral, but their up speed wasn't as good as the download speed. Plus when I cancelled finally, they charged me another month, to which I complained and they reversed. But then they did it again the next month!

Their staff is incompetent imo

Have a question, is vectoral 1TB bandwith limited to uploading 1TB a month ? or what ? If yes, then what's the point having those expensive seedboxes if you can easily upload 1tb a month on cheaper servers, that have lower speed but still 1tb/moth = 1tb/month...

What do you all think about leaseweb's Windows Express 4 Bandwidth 5Mps flatfee? From what I understand, you speed is just capped at 5Mps, but the actual data is unmetered. Is that correct?

Nobody has mentioned keyweb yet. I'm really happy with them and their speeds are fairly decent.
