Who is qualified?
Everyone: trader or non-trader i don't care. Cheaters are totally NOT qualified, so please stay away!
Expectations?
Must user the account
Must not cheat
Must NOT trade (as i said before even traders are qualified to apply but only in one condition i.e. u must NOT trade account created through my invite)
Must not flame other
Priority
Scene related tracker's screenies would be given MOST priority, then movies. e-learning screenies the least.
Certain users will get priority, all right reserved :P
