Who is qualified?
Everyone: trader or non-trader i don't care. Cheaters are totally NOT qualified, so please stay away!
Expectations?
Plan to use the account
Must not cheat
Must NOT trade (as i said before even traders are qualified to apply but only in one condition i.e. u must NOT trade account created through my invite)
Must not flame other
following directions, is a MUST! as long as you follow directions, you are good to go :)
