same here. Must be when we see his mouth move we are seeing that he doesn't put his lips together like a B so it has to be D.

I found it in the book:

Mind Hacks by Tom Stafford & Matt Webb. It is a very interesting book about how your brain works. That is where I learned about How your brain 'shuts out' anything seen when your eyes are moving. Loads of other 'stuff' in it.:)
