What is the best Portuguese tracker right now?

Btnext or the rebirth of the older Btuga, is far far away the best if we take into consideration content and speed. Staff is kind of mixed with few and friendly guys and some foolish ones. You must use a portugueses ISP's and they only allow their own bittorrent client.
Rarity ; is almost like a public tracker.

Evopt has better organized files with some exclusives and they have the best pre-times and speeds are reasonables. All ISP's are welcome. Staff sucks all bunch of kids. Invites system closed yesterday.

Seeders-team, top community, privacy and rarity. DVD-r exclusives are their talent among others. Staff is very accessible. Only portuguese ISP's are allowed. Rarity : when you achieve PU 1 or 2 invites per Month.

If i have to give them levels i will say:
Btnext - 2
EvoPT - 3
Seeders-Team - 4+

I didn't use Btuga that much but I'm kinda missing it for the DVD's and the PT Office etc.
