Hi i'm new to soulseek and i've figured
out how to share and how to search and dl

but i heard i have to add users to my list or
something? What else do i have to do?

Well we have a lot of users using soulseek, because they all hang out in musicworld i move this over there B)

Come into the KLF Musicworld room...You should see it in the room list...If it is not in the room list...Right Click on where it says rooms and select refresh...Then enter the room and announce who you are and people will add you to their list when they are on...

to add a user right click on the user and select add user

Make sure you have nicley organised albums in folders

we prefer 192 bit but 128 is ok

ahh yeah and make sure you only share music it's not fair for some people getting qued up for hours on end waiting for someone to download a huge movie file.

yeah, soulseek is great and more should use it. Just don't download from someone with a large queue, it never works!
