You can download the Supertrick file from http://www.k-lite.tk (More reading there)
Download free popup killers from here (http://www.webattack.com/freeware/misctools/fwpopblock.shtml)

I also recommend You to download Spybot Search&Destroy (You find the link in Kazaa Lite (Web).
This (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/) is a great tool also.

Norton Internet Security 2003 includes the firewall. I have never had a problem with pop-ups since installing it.

Other than that, Ad-Aware6.0 is your best bet for anything that your system may have picked-up that you wish removed. Just be certain that it does not remove the kazaa-lite dummy .dll file in the process.
