How about a sticky on what sites are down

We generally allow threads about trackers being down and others confirming it. The problem is that there will be 20 consecutive posts saying the same thing. e.g. "Yes its down :( " . Simply put, it breeds spam so no on the sticky.

Most sites go back up again within 24 hrs anyway after a period of downtime.
