I'm on no probs here. This was also on the homepage; The site has moved to a new server. We have found the cause of the SQL injection, and fixed it. tracker.incegmbh.com along with tracker.what.cd should all be working fine. Of course, as with any changeover, there are bound to be issues, so simply post them in the forum

They wrote on the front page that they were hacked. Probably they won´t go online before they are sure that their code is absolutely secure.
They can´t take the chance and launch it too early and risk this happening again.
