I looked at one of these topices about CS and somthing came up with somthing with steam and that you dont need a cd-key can someone tell me about this plez help

yeah, u can d/l steam which i belive is a server system for the CS 1.6 beta. After u get it u can play the 1.6 beta on steam servers without a cd key. LAst i heard the steam servers have been packed and they stopped release of the beta temporarily, but give it a shot :blink:
