so i decided to make a giveaway.

if staff, common reps are not happy with this, PM me and i will delete this thread.

Rules are
No PMs

ratio proofs are accepted, however i prefer a utorrent screenshot or whatever client u have
(please make sure u show me, the total uploaded and downloaded, scroll the horizontal bar to show the date the torrent added and finished columns) ratios, and dates have to be shown)

noobs are welcomed, but make sure u have shown a good image of yourself (dont upload me a picture of yours, the word image used figuratively here)

i prefer to give the invite to people who need, not the ones who only want it, so do state why u wanna be there,

No trading, no cheating, no whatever leads to disabling my account or affecting FTN in anyway.

I would love one.
I hear FTN has loads of packs, which is what I'm looking into getting.
I'm currently a member at ScT and loooove their packs.
FTN has a lot of stuff that's harder to find on other sites, if they can be found at all.

I also currently have a seedbox, so that helps with keeping a balanced ratio when downloading the large packs.

I've done my best to giveaway as much as possible on these forums.

I would love to be a member of FTN. From a content standpoint, I have just about every tracker I will need. However, I keep hearing about how wonderful the FTN community is. That is something that really appeals to me. Most of the sites I frequent simply feel like file repositories. It would be nice to be part of an active, welcoming community.

As you can see, I don't have the best home connection. However, my policy is to leave torrents running for at least 6 weeks if they have not hit 1:1, so I do my best to seed back everything I leech.

I do use a seedbox from time to time which allows me to obtain ratios such as these:

i think those saying such things are just collectors
they have 10 or more accounts and they use two or 3 of them.
once they get all trackers from lvl5 and above, then they retire
they open their trackers everyday.
yeah, the ratio the same as yesterday and the same as last month, well it is obvious why, u didnt use it.

File sharing is one of the greatest things on the internet. I hate the idea of trading invites all invites should be free. I love linux. I take a big interest in sciences of all kind. Im not a member of too many private trackers, only the ones that my needs for example brokenstones because I have a few macs. I hear ftn has a great community and great torrents and speeds. Me and my friends all exchange invites with each other and get what we need although we were never able to get any high trackers like ftn,fsc,uk-t,ftwr or anything like that. I must admit I probably don't "need" ftn but I it would be a great pleasure to have it.I am sort of a newbie to this forum and haven't done any giveaways yet but I promise to do giveaways as soon as I become a member of enough torrent sites and get enough invites.

This is a FAST growing thread so i just hope my comments arnt just skipped over because of the size this thread gets by the time comes for you to decide how is worthy.

i cant give screens of my torrent client because the way my PC is set-up when i run my recovery procedure history is deleted, but i can provide no end of screens and proofs.

I have been trying to get FTN now for longer than i can remember, and now this thread has started and i hope this is the end of my quest, i cant stress how much time ive spent trying to build bridges to step across into FTN, but access is a closely guarded, and members are reluctant to invite.

So, the consensus seems to be that FTN is looking for interesting people rather than fat connections. On that note, I thought I would share an amusing anecdote about the sort of shit that happens to me when I pursue the fairer sex. I realize that it's not really related to FTN, but I think it's an entertaining story and it will give you a little insight into my personality. I wrote this for the benefit of my friends, but I will now share it with you:

I was auditioning to be a teacher for Kaplan since it seems like a pretty decent part time job. The format of the audition was as follows: give a 5 minute "how-to" presentation on a non-academic subject in front of a couple of Kaplan employees and all of the other job-seekers.

Of course, I didn't remember that I was scheduled to do the audition until an hour beforehand. While I sat there, desperately trying to think up a topic, I kept looking at one of the other job-hunters. She was absolutely adorable. She was in her early 20's and had the glasses/nerdy-hot thing going on. On a standard rating scale, she was probably a 7.5, but on a cuteness scale, she was a 10, if that makes any sense at all.

A bit distracted, I ended up ad-libbing a comical presentation on "what to do if you find yourself in a baseball brawl". It went over surprisingly well considering I made everything up as I went along.

Miss Cutie then gave a presentation on "how to toilet train your cat". By toilet train, she meant "train the cat to shit in a human toilet". That's a red flag by any definition, but I was not to be deterred. My internal dialogue was roughly as follows: "WTF? This wench be crazy. But still, she's hot, articulate, and presumably intelligent if she's auditioning to teach for Kaplan. I should take a shot."

After everyone had finished, as I'm trying to figure out the best way to strike up a conversation, she actually comes up to me and says, "I liked your presentation, I thought it was really funny." I thought to myself, "Wow, this is my lucky day! Girls I'm interested in never just come up to me! It must be a sign!" Little did I know...

So we chat for a bit. A bit turns into awhile. Things seem to be going exceptionally well. She's laughing at my jokes, smiling at me, etc. At this point I have visions of steamy sex dancing through my head. The time seems right, so I 'pop the question', so to speak. This is the exchange, more or less verbatim:

Me: So, I'd love to hang out some time. Are you in a relationship with anyone?

Her: Oh no, I could never love a man. I love my cats more than I could ever love a man. The give me ALL I need. Feline love is all I need. It fulfills and satisfies me.

Me: *blink*

Her: Cats can love in a way that people, especially men, simply can't. Once you've been with a cat and loved it, once you've truly gotten to know it, to know its soul, there's no way you can go back to a person.

Me: Ummmm... wow. Sounds like that's working out well for you. I have to go.

So, the consensus seems to be that FTN is looking for interesting people rather than fat connections. On that note, I thought I would share an amusing anecdote about the sort of shit that happens to me when I pursue the fairer sex. I realize that it's not really related to FTN, but I think it's an entertaining story and it will give you a little insight into my personality. I wrote this for the benefit of my friends, but I will now share it with you:

I was auditioning to be a teacher for Kaplan since it seems like a pretty decent part time job. The format of the audition was as follows: give a 5 minute "how-to" presentation on a non-academic subject in front of a couple of Kaplan employees and all of the other job-seekers.

Of course, I didn't remember that I was scheduled to do the audition until an hour beforehand. While I sat there, desperately trying to think up a topic, I kept looking at one of the other job-hunters. She was absolutely adorable. She was in her early 20's and had the glasses/nerdy-hot thing going on. On a standard rating scale, she was probably a 7.5, but on a cuteness scale, she was a 10, if that makes any sense at all.

A bit distracted, I ended up ad-libbing a comical presentation on "what to do if you find yourself in a baseball brawl". It went over surprisingly well considering I made everything up as I went along.

Miss Cutie then gave a presentation on "how to toilet train your cat". By toilet train, she meant "train the cat to shit in a human toilet". That's a red flag by any definition, but I was not to be deterred. My internal dialogue was roughly as follows: "WTF? This wench be crazy. But still, she's hot, articulate, and presumably intelligent if she's auditioning to teach for Kaplan. I should take a shot."

After everyone had finished, as I'm trying to figure out the best way to strike up a conversation, she actually comes up to me and says, "I liked your presentation, I thought it was really funny." I thought to myself, "Wow, this is my lucky day! Girls I'm interested in never just come up to me! It must be a sign!" Little did I know...

So we chat for a bit. A bit turns into awhile. Things seem to be going exceptionally well. She's laughing at my jokes, smiling at me, etc. At this point I have visions of steamy sex dancing through my head. The time seems right, so I 'pop the question', so to speak. This is the exchange, more or less verbatim:

Me: So, I'd love to hang out some time. Are you in a relationship with anyone?

Her: Oh no, I could never love a man. I love my cats more than I could ever love a man. The give me ALL I need. Feline love is all I need. It fulfills and satisfies me.

Me: *blink*

Her: Cats can love in a way that people, especially men, simply can't. Once you've been with a cat and loved it, once you've truly gotten to know it, to know its soul, there's no way you can go back to a person.

Me: Ummmm... wow. Sounds like that's working out well for you. I have to go.

I would like to state my case for an invite. First, I have been here almost 2 years and have never traded. Please check all my previous posts. So there will be no concern about a user being here a month or two, with great stats, and then doing something like cheating or trading the account for something they really want.

Anyone who has given me an invite has been more than happy, as I participate in the forums and my ratio is exceptional. Why would I like to join? To be honest, I don't need this tracker like some others will testify. I grab alot of stuff off usenet and seed it to all my trackers. Or if a ftp site gets a release before a tracker, I grab and seed. So its not for the warez that I desire this site. I simply would like to contribute to one of the leading trackers in the community. To ensure speed, longevity of torrents and provide what support I can in the forums. Of course, a few of those special packs would be a nice perk. :D

So if you are looking for someone you can trust, who will be an outstanding long time member- then consider me for the invitation. Unless there is some other way to get an transfer log from uTorrent, I have attached ratio screenshots having recently rebooted all three of my systems. This is a great giveaway and I would like to try and see if I have a chance in getting into this tracker. I am active in the communities that I am apart of, I don't collect trackers for fun or as a hobby, I can seed triple the amount that I leeched, but I can leech a good amount too based on content. This is my feeling for communitys. I want to join a good community with good members, where I can share knowledge, interests and discuss nice topics. I think all level-9-sites are providing good communitys, and if you give your invite to me I will do my best to make a good community even better. I have quite few posts here at FST, but that's because I'm not a spammer. I never spamm! I'm always trying to write posts with good and interesting content, trying to provide as much as I can to the other members. Quality is better than quantity, according to what makes a community good.

OiNK was closed down last week. Why? We'll never know, but we know that they had ~180000 members. Probably there were a lot of "anti piracy" members that made their best to help the police with the raid. I know that even the rarest torrentsites aren't completley secure, but a site with few members which is hard to get feels more secure than a site with more than 100000 members. The raid aganst OiNK is a reason to be a little bit paranoid. I want to feel secure when I download. A level 9 site is probably more secure than a lower level, so security is one of the good things with level 9 sites.

Content:
FTN and FSC has rare 0day content. E**** is a site for lossless music. For me it doesn't matter which site you are giving away. I will have great use of the content in all level 9 sites. Rare torrents are like candy for me. I love it! If you give the invite to me I will use my account very much. It seems like the tracker you are giving away is FTN. Seems to be a nice tracker for packs and rare 0day content, which is GREAT!

Africa:
The poverty in Africa makes me sad. I'm crying every day because the situation in Africa is so f*cking stupid bad. I'm sad for the poor children and their familys sake. Here are some scary facts:

The FTN community seems to be very nice and It's really what I want. I want to be a member of a community where I can feel that the members are my friends and almost my family. I also want FTN for their ratio system. My connection is not the best. I have 2 Mbit downstreams and 0.5 Mbit upstreams. If I download large files on other trackers it's quite hard to keep a good ratio with my "slow" upload. At FTN I just have to seed my torrents as long as I can to be a good seeder, and I will be able to download large, great packs from FTN, without getting a bad ratio. The ratio system at FTN is great for my connection, and that's why I "need" FTN.

A few months ago, trackers like this one, was an impossible thing for me. First because i never thought i was gonna see a giveaway and second because in that time i felt like i was not ready for such a great tracker and all the responsability that implies, like the ratio. And all those stories about people there having only seedboxes. I got scared.

But now things are different. I know i don't have the best internet speed here, but even with that i know how to mantain a good ratio. And the best thing is that now with this tracker i could have an easier way, because there is no ratio and i have the option to seed for 36 hours and i'll be ok. But don't worry, my pc does not sleep. So i'll be fine ;)

I think private trackers need both things, users with seedboxes and users with normal connections. The seeboxes are very important when a torrent appears, so everybody can have quickly that torrent, and so it can be shared more easily. But you also need people with normal connections so the torrent can be alive for a long time. And that is were users like me can help.

I really appreciate the offer. I've been using BT for years, eMule before that, and Napster before that. I've never actively campaigned for invites until this week but it looks like that's what I have to do to get access to the good trackers. The windows on the seedbox I've been using has been reinstalled recently, thus
this is only the uploaded and downloaded amount of data after the reinstallation.

I would really need to be able to access FTN, since my favourite tracker has been shut down by the police and I don't know when it's gonna be back, so I'd need another source that's just as good as this previous one used to be [it is/was the biggest hungarian tracker, a pretty cool one...].
So I'd be really, SERIOUSLY glad to get an invite for FTN.

I would love a ftn invite. My internet connection is slow and find it hard to maintain agood ratio on sites though i always make sure i seed for as much as posible and restrict what i download to ensure i maintain decent ratios. I even come to the point of now using 2 ips to seed back as i share pc's. I also like a community based tracker like Ftn which respects and helps members, which is what i try to do on fst.
