Is it just me or does IRCSpy just never load? I've been trying to onto it for a couple of days, but I always get a page not found error. The URL is:
www.IRCSpy.com right?

same thing happans to me...

just load it again and again or refresh it.
you can also click "detect network settings" and the site may pop up

if the above doesn't work, www.isohunt.com (http://www.isohunt.com) does the same thing. :)

I have been using PacketNews but I wanted to see if IRCSpy was any better and I just can't connect to it.

It's not working for me either. Last time I checked the news at IRCSpy, they were having hosting problems. They might be down for a while I'm not sure.
