xbox 360 needs fixed

I got the dreaded 3 red rings
It used to work with the towel method but now it just freezes when I try that method
If someone has experience how to fix it and lives in toronto area please let me know
I am a noobish when it comes to that technical stuff
My xbox 360 is refurbished so its not under a warranty

I would open it up and clean off the old thermal paste on the gpu and cpu. get some artic silver on those chips and see if that helps. you can use a heat gun to try and resolder the joints as well. there are places on ebay that will fix it for $60

First i would ring microsoft they extended ya warrenty to 3 yrs cos of the rings of death,ive sent 2 back now,just dont mention yrs is a refurb lol good luck
