The best speed would probably a gigabit server. But good lord you have to pay for that.
100/100mbit dedicated server is more than enough for a seedbox.

For more just search this forum for seedboxes. It have been asked and answerd like 300 times :p

But around 80 dollars for a 100/100 2tb dedicated server with a decent harddrive is what you could expect. Some are more expensive, but there are not alot thats cheaper.
