Go to Google (http://www.google.com) and type in "weapons of mass destruction" without the quotes, then hit the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button! Read the upcoming page very carefully! :D

I tried that but I am getting "Did you mean: french military defeats" error message, so I clicked on that. Anyway, I think that is the site you meant...
