I'm looking for the same... I used to get all my appz from Oink, sometimes Demonoid... now I have to go hunting around. Nothing dedicated has popped up yet, that I know of.

Use GParted. It runs from a live cd and it has almost the same features as Partition Magic.

They havent updated Partion IN A LOOOONG TIME. I would use Acronis. PM may not work like you want.
