depends on the torrent but ftn and act will always be the fastest

SCT and FTN are tops. It may only be minutes in some cases but they usually get it first.

Well, I'm a PU on SCT and was always told by FTN guys they are on par with SCT as far as release times. If FTN and TTi and about the same on DVDR then SCT is way ahead. Since I sometimes have to wait quite a while to seed TTi the stuff I grab from SCT.

So I stand corrected - SCT would be tops. I just went down the list and there are still new releases that haven't even hit TTi that are on SCT and usenet. And comparing release times, TTi doesnt come close.

if you are looking for pretimes and downloading speed than the top3 are ftn, sct and scc.

The fastest are SCC and PT , no doubt !
