they are cdimages ripped with alcohol 120%, not sure if any other program can use tham but i dont know why not, try burning with whatever burning program you use and if it doesnt work, just get yourself a copy of Alcohol 120% to burn it with.

BTW its a great burning/virtual cd drive program in its own right.
