OVH question

ive seen some posts about it lately and decided to get one.
i heard that the cheaper one is for local residents, but the one i was is this one: http://www.ovh.es/productos/start100m.xml
seems very good, these are the specs:

what language is it?
is the b/w unlimited?

As far as I know the bandwidth is unlimited. You have to be from certain countries to order it, or have an address in the country. Im currently waiting for mine to be set up and then I can provide more information

That´s from Spain, so it´s spanish language.
You´ll have an static IP, it says unlimited traffic, bandwith 5mbps/250 Gb no SLA, 250 Gb disk space.

You may have trouble with ordering, unless you are from one of the supported countries.

but, is only for spain in ovh.es, but is impossible to rent there ? Is a way to pass that ? Plz, i want to rent an OVH serv and only left the payment ...

I have different kind of question. I heard there was a problem with Ovh on FTN. Is that true?
