Too high! Get a Zalman cooler. Cools very good and it's also very quiet.

My sony Viao vgc-ra828g runs nice and cool with its liquid cooling system my hard drive is running at 93f and its been running non stop playing crysis and COD4 :D

Also, clean all the dust out of your pc(give the heatsink a really good blow out), your temps will drop back to what they should be.;)
