Hi just wondering if people can list trackers they have successfully traded and afterward it hasn't been disabled. Also wich they have traded and have gotten disabled.

i think trading and selling should be legal....those who r smart get it for free those who r not will pay up...well i mean its good money to keep the site running i think.. just that those who paid for the account and traded the accouint should be on a one month watch....like here on fst, only after 1 month u can access the trading invites section....if they contribute to the community they should be officially let in...otherwise send them out ....or ask them more money for the renewal of their account...and all the big sites should make a fund and contribute certain percentage of the money got by selling invites for some noble cause or may be sponsor an artist.. or some one whos talented in the field of their choice...it will improve the image of the whole p2p community.....because no money is enough money.........and the story goes on........any one can improvise on these lines... well trading and selling cant be actually stopped ....its like piracy.. its always there and always will be....the sooner people accept the fact...the better it will be...well that doesnt mean they should stop free sign up's......those who can afford it and willing to pay....just let them in...but with a price ...its just a tot..........i read some guy paid $30 for uk-t account.. 10 guys like that would make $300..and 10 torrent sites like those would add up to $3000 ....and if in 1 year 1000 guys sign up..they can easy get..$300000 or more...well good money i think..if its used to keep these artists(singers) happy ...or donate in charity for a good cause...not many would complain....other wise everything might fall apart in 20 years there might not be a bit torrent site...THE MAN WILL TAKE IT ALL (the man being described in the movie SCHOOL OF ROCK).....
i hope what happened with oink or demonoid doesnt happen in the future....some one should make an effort of saving this bit torrent concept and it wont happen unless people stop being greedy ...and people r always greedy ..it wont work i guess..too much pride among these big sites..anwyas i just posted it since i was jobless

Surely the whole point of "invites" is to develop a stronger long-term community. Buying & selling invites + trying to cheat the system only underlines the type of people you want to keep out!!
Quite new to all this myself (2 to 3 months), but happy to wait until I've "earned my right" so to speak.....

u think u r too cool to be caught hmmmm and why not disable other act when u trade their is always a ban is written on it it may happen anytime 1 day, month or a year or whenever they caught u they will ban.

The whole point of having an invite only, or closed door, policy is to restrict who is eligible to join.

Simply put, invites are issued to existing members to offer to friends and acquaintances.

So, why do so many trackers have a closed door policy? Is it because the trade associations are so actively looking at ways of closing our sites down, and sending senior admin and uploaders to prison for 10 years, with the added incentive of a half million dollar fine.

I found the statement about making invite/account trades legal insulting. It's almost like the wishes of the site staff mean nothing. Some people are not happy about getting files for absolutely nothing (only admin and uploaders take the real risk), but insist on pushing their worthless opinions on those who take the risk in the first place.

If someone opens a site then dictates that it will be a closed door site with a restricted membership base, then who are the n00bs to say otherwise.

What really annoys me is that we have some really opinionated individuals here at FST, who make statements about how places should be open door, or how invites or accounts should be allowed to be swapped or traded (or even sold), but as soon as the Fuzz comes a knocking at the site door, they will be the first ones to hide under their pillow.

Remember that site staff and uploaders are running a gauntlet with the various trade associations, so please show a little bit of respect. After all, if you want to practice what you preach, then hire your own server, install your own scripts, and run the site how you want to run it. All the time it is someone else who is running a site, respect their wishes, and respect their rules as well.

While I respect your opinion TheFox and agree with your post , don't you feel like Don Quixote sometimes ? With the level of intelligence displayed in this thread do you honestly think they care ? in many ways this just seems to be a game of cat & mouse and if they lose a tracker in the process oh well. But then of course when the trackers that are sought can no longer be acquired by trading, they suddenly become 'born again' and retire from trading.
I have been here long enough to realise that even this post is futile and is simply rehashing what others have said in the past, that trading is against the spirit of file'sharing' and all the effort put in by staff on the sites.
Your one consolation I suppose is that most of your opponents come to the gunfight with a knife..............
