Ftn Invite Request Rules!?

Hi

i see lots of threads per day asking about ftn effteeenn etc bla bla bla

those who have ftn know its good BUT can be better

why not have rules for new members or for wannabes such as you need to grab 20 torents per week etc (and follow rules)

ftn is great but it has a lack of leeches!

if they really want in then they gotta download aswell

no buts or ifs?

Any site can be better if people try enough. Most people however agree that currently the place is fine, granted there isnt 25k leechers.

Simply cause of the size of the UserDataBase and the site has the UDB it wants and probably will ever need in all honesty. Who needs 1000s of seeders/leechers, after all it only attracts unwanted attention.

Why does it need more leeches? Everything is free leech you don't need a lot of leeches and its not like the speed is slow. FTN is fine.

say for instance u download something..... u need to stay active for 3 days as u cant seed 1:1 coz of lack of peers?

Its 36 hours not 72. Also it is very easy to seed back I usually seed things back 2-3 times over in a day or 2. I think what it comes down to is you don't have FTN and you really have no idea what your talking about.

whats the difference?
FTN: torrent XXX (i dont mean porn!) has 3 seeders, each seeder= 400kps
TL: torrent XXX has 1495 seeders, you connect to 1 of 8 seeders, and each of those= 3-10kps

the big difference are that on FTN there is no ratio,like on every other torrent site where is downloaded and uploaded,that part is not on FTN only upload calculate and that means that if you are member you will have forever freeleech torrents and no worry abouth u get ban from there because of low ratio:P.though still have to seed that torrent at least for 36 hours or 1:1.

basically its seeding for 36 hours, which i agree is gr8.
after all, saying only "seed till you reach 1:1" makes taking ratios away pointless
