for the speed , you will max it (btter then rapidshare)
unlimited download : no , you have a fixed ammount of download each mouth depend of the category of your account, and you can use the 9mouth amount at the same time :) and of/c you can recharge it.

Newsgroups aren't worth much around here, I get mine for free through my ISP.

I agree with Broken, you'd need to be drunk, high, or stupid to trade that.
